Follow all the processes as planned for the training.
Plan and conduct assessments for trainees.
Presenting products to the senior management, doctors, pharmacists and other clinical professionals.
Preparation of user manuals for end users.
Keeping up to date with the latest healthcare trends.
Ready to travel abroad.
Highly creative, Excellent communication skills, writing skills and strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter who is able to work within a team environment and independently. Should have excellent presentation, demonstration and documentation skills.

Willing to do application training to client's technical staff/end users on new functionalities/ enhancements.
Handle customer queries/Issues and provide proper solutions.
Coordinate with Project Manager/team leads to resolve all issues within required timeframe.
Coordinate with development team to design new functionalities based on client requirements.
Perform detailed study on all client issues and document all findings and resolve this within a time frame.
Prepare and maintain all functional documents and communicate with clients.
Should maintain professional relationships with all clients.
Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle.
Ready to test the application based on the feedback or requirements from client.
Manage and track support issues to ensure all customer issues get resolved effectively.
Experience writing SQL queries and understanding of Oracle Database.
Answer calls/emails professionally.
To manage, maintain and develop own technical expertise.
Experience in Win 2008/2012 servers, Windows 8, Windows 10.
Working knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge in IT/Product support will be an added advantage.
Must be flexible to work in shifts (24/7 environment).

Basic knowledge in PL\SQL would be added advantage.
HIS Application support experience.
Should be a Graduate (preferably Computer related) with 0-1 years of work experience in technical support.
Should be customer focused excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work well under pressure, good planning, organizing & time management skills.
Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.
Willing to Travel.
Experience in Oracle 11g or higher versions Database.
Oracle certification (OCP) is added an advantage.
